so what is going on at Three Palms Speedway. will it ever open for racing again. seems the Airport made wrong choice. no suits for taking every thing He bought either.

According to their Facebook page the county is giving them a hard time over a scoring tower that was built long ago. Although it wasn't a concern before, it now needs to be brought up to 2014 code. There are still no grandstands and catch fence in place. They vow to not open until everything is 100% as they'd like it, so I'd guestimate an early 2015 opening at best at this point. It sounds like they have been working hard on other infrastructure improvements also.
