Help a Racer

Trying to help a friend raise the money for a head and neck restraint of some sort. He's a Combat Veteran and father and all around good kid that loves racing and I don't wanna see him get hurt.

No anger, but if everyone asked for $ so their buddy can race, this place would be overloaded with requests. Maybe he should wait to race until he can buy the proper safety equipment? You know like everyone else...
