So... Kurt Busch wins at Martinsville driving car #41... The last time #41 visited victory lane in a Cup race? October 31, 1965 when Curtis Turner won the first race held at Rockingham... driving for the Wood Brothers...

Cool Dave.... I was thinking about that after the race. The last #41 to win, all I could think of was Maurice Petty, and I'm not sure he ever WON a race.

I know it's not a points race, but didn't Ronnie Thomas win one of the Daytona 500 consolation races in the early 80's ? His car number would have been #41 or #25.

Paschal won three races for Petty Enterprises in the #41... at Birmingham and Randleman (Tar Heel Speedway) in 1963 and the World 600 at Charlotte in 1964...

Dale Jarrett finished second to Randy LaJoie in the 1985 Daytona Consy driving the #41 owned by Ronnie Thomas...
