Unfortunately the lease fell through and now the owner has decided to sell the property it seems. if anyone has the 1.9 mill they are asking for it they could buy it.

The people / backers tryin to lease the track wanted 3 year contract minimum to try to turn a profit , but the owners would only give a 2 year contract .
