    Oh boy!

Oh boy! Now we are talking right. SHOW THEM THE MONEY! This is the way Sportsman cars should be treated. You have a 50 lapper $800 to win, The Dale was one that pays $1000 the same day. Lets see who goes where. It's just too bad that this can't happen more often. Forget about the pro lates and the supers.GO Sportsman! NOW COME ON GUYS,Lets have 20 cars at both tracks this weekend,we know that there are a lot of cars out there. I don't want to hear that you are saving your car for the NSS 50,just do it. Let's go racin

The FUPS Sportsman race at Adale doesn't pay $1000 to win, it pays $750 and has a $50 entry fee. No entry fee at Citrus!

        ckeck the web

check the web for A Dale, it has it on there. But you can't run there Scott, so why try to keep others from going there? Lets just try to all get along and have fun. No more bad talk this year.

The big question is, will the fans go to either one? Sportsman cars aren't a big fan favorite. But a FUPS ( what a dumb name ) race vs a non FUPS ( what a dumb name ) race is a no brainer, i'd take the non FUPS ( what a dumb name ) race because I think you'd see a bigger field of cars there. But I could be wrong, i'm just speaking from past experience.
From a marketing point of view, I can't imagine either track letting the other one pay out more money.

            by the way

by the way,you don't have to join unless you are planning on running for points, and that's not 500. Please read the web page.Don't let me or anyone mislead you here.

I stand corrected, Adale website says $1000 to win. Regular FUPS payout is $750 to win. Not sure if money has been added from 2nd on back though because it doesn't say. However, Xracer, you're seeing too many zeros. $50 not $500 to enter and that's an entry fee, not a membership fee. I can run Adale if I wanted to, I just choose not to for a bunch of reasons I won't get into. Anyway, since when is telling the truth "talking bad"???

                Just so you know,

Oh yea, just so that you know, last Sat. there was 19 Sportsman cars in the pits at The Dale. Only if the weather would have been better, the fans would have seen a great show. Here's looking at that happening again, not only there, but also at Citus County. There are more cars just sitting around then are racing. You know the "old saying", You dont know what you had til its gone. Lets go, Get them to the track, if not one of these, just show up somewhere. You are all needed! Help keep the Sportsman cars on the track near you, or me. WE CAN BE THE NEW SHOWBOATERS, Dont let the Supers be the only Stars out there, fight for justus,Be the headliner, not the fill-in's

Awesome post Xracer54. I couldn't agree with you more. The year is off to a great start for Sportsman and it seems that a lot of "mothballed" cars are finding their way back to the tracks. There's no better show than when over 20 Sportsman cars take the green.

                    Hey guys,

Hey guys, The Dale runs at 3,Citus starts later, so lets go to both tracks today like the racers of yesterday did back in the day. Who's game? Its the same cars, same tires, and just about the same track. Some one could go home with a good payday. Do you think that it could work?

Yes it was a great post/ I like seeing some critisizm, ideas and support mixed up into post with concerns or disagreement. The full blown pissing and moaning is getting old. Conversations like this are refreshing.

I too want to see Sportsman succeed. That was the class i ran when i got out of racing....(temporarily).
