New Syrmrna Gear Ratio

Want to run at the high banks in Feb. street stock or similar class . What is a good final gear ratio for that track-class . Probably be in Hoosiers class tires. I have a 3.90 in the rear now , but also a 3.42 available. Would like to be max rpm of 7000 at end of straightaway . Anyone's help would be aprishiated.
