Unfortunately Mother Nature wins again. NeSMITH Crate Late model races for Thursday night at Bubba Raceway Park have been canceled due to continued lack of cooperation by Mother Nature. Winter Storm LEON has continued to dump rain that the track simply can not recover from. All grandstand tickets and Pit Pass bands will be honored at face value for any rescheduled NeSMITH Crate Late Model race this week. The new revised race schedule will be as follows:
Friday gates open at 4PM with racing starting at 7:00PM Grandstand tickets will be $15 for all adults and $10 for Children 6-12 and pit passes are $35. The Friday Feature Race will now be 50 laps for the NeSMITH Crates and the purse will increased to $2,500 to win. Saturday will be a double header with the afternoon Feature being 40 laps and $2,000 to win. Gates will open at 9AM with racing starting at NOON. Grandstand tickets will be $15 for all adults and $10 for Children 6-12 and pit passes are $30. For the Evening 50 lap $3,000 to win Feature gates will open as soon as we can clear the stands and pits from the afternoon show with racing starting at 7:00PM. Grandstand tickets will be $20 for all adults and $10 for Children 6-12 and pit passes are $35. All three races will count for NeSMITH season points and there will be no other races scheduled. It should be an exciting action packed weekend of racing with 3 Features in 2 Days.
