We lost another legend yesterday as 12-time IMCA Late Model champion Ernie Derr of Keokuk, IA passed away at the age of 92... Ernie also ran some ARCA, USAC and NASCAR races but he was primarily known for his exploits on the IMCA circuit and his mastery of the dirt tracks where he won hundreds of races... His brother-in-law was former USAC Stock Car champion Don White... Photo is from Daytona and the 1965 Dodge he ran in the ARCA race that year...
