I dont have one DD38 I cant afford to keep up with you. I am racecar broke not all of us can afford to drive a new corvette.

Shorttrackcar1, Chad is an awesome driver. He can't be expected to do well with outdated equipment. He gets everything out of a car. To bad his name got drug into this.

well I never said anything about chad I don"t know him . but I have seen him drive a few diffrent cars for other guys and do vary well if not win .

Thre were many options to have a cheap engine and open engines run together and have a real car count.
I alwase beleaved that it could be done.
The reason that it doesent happen is because the car owners cry that that wouldint be good for them. No mater what side there on so the back and forth will go on until some one makes it 1 way and the other s will loose.
Its a shame that the inmates make the rules.
No matter what rule you make the same guys win because there winners.

yea don the same guy wins untill the other guys show up I know theres a couple of cars that hardly ever show up but when they do its a diffrent out come I was thinking of one and cant remember the car # or the guys name .I guess some of them only come when its a big race.

Don't like to complain but to many pro late model races back to back can't run for a championship, will have to miss races for summer vacation.

I run e-mod because of the cost factor. Racing is just a hobby for me at this age anyway. On some tracks I can throw a 750 on it and be competitive though(like Ellisville), but it's still an e-mod. It is cheaper to run than my Sportsman. Besides, the time difference between a full mod and an e-mod is only about a second or so. Not much better with that extra $10,000 or more in a motor..

Hey dd, from what I saw at the EBM race at Desoto, you already have an e-mod.... LOL.. J/K

Doesn't sound like much difference between the two. Why not just combine em into 1 mod class?

FYI it's not a new Corvette. It's a 2000 (13-14 years old by my math)and was bought at a salvage auction and rebuilt. So get your facts correct. And now my car is outdated and cannot win? Yea right. Go tell Joe Harris that and look at the how many it has won last 2-3 seasons previously(did not run at all last season). They do combine them at NSS just like they do the Trucks and Super Stocks because they don't have enough of either one. And if you are judging the car off the Desoto performance (1 race) we did miss the set-up. At least we didn't have to run any Consi races to get in (like some of the other Hot Dogs). One of them, who did not finish either bought his way in. Chad was up to 7th at one point if you were really there. He pulled in because it started to run hot and he has Respect for equipment.

Feel sorry for Chad actually... good driver in crappy equipment owned by a dumb ass..

Jim I haven't been around for a few years but he has had the best eqpt money could but.
I never though him to be a great driver. Just average like most fo you.
Now Chad on the other hand is a good racer . Give him something to drive and he will show you how good ur car is.
There are less than 5 drivers with mods that can win at any time and it would be better for the rest of you if they would go LM racing like most of the rest did.
Anyone rember when Dick Anderson ran a dodge mod. Don't think he ever lost a race.
It must have been 20 in a row.
Be carefull what u wish for.
When the purses get big enough they will come back and get the money..

Where it finished?? It didn't finish!! And no I judged it by getting lapped every 4 laps or so and pulling off with 5 to go. It took a good driver to stay out of the way, like Chad did.
I didn't run that race because I KNEW I didn't have the motor and just got out of the shop a day before the race and not finished..
You get on here and spout about other drivers and tracks,well, it's your turn..
