No lawyer in his right mind would take such a case. There is no law, amendment, code or whatever that guarantees anyone the right to post on a forum, let alone the right to free speech. The first amendment is the most widely misquoted and misunderstood piece of legislature in the universe as far as I can tell.
Read it carefully - nothing in there guarantees you the "right to free speech" - all it says is that CONGRESS will make no law abridging it.

I've been moderating boards since 2001, and I've seen worse than him. I've got a current problem on another board I moderate with a juvenile delinquent, obviously delusional. We are seeking police help to find his parents if possible.
