I spoke to someone at the track Wed. afternoon and was told there will NOT be practice this Friday or racing on Saturday. They are done racing this year. He had no other info. He did think they planned on racing next year.

Sorry, but that is not accurate. Speedworld is running on December 7'th. That is first hand information that I received this morning from Mr. Moya.

He is committed to having a great Crasharama show, and following it up with a successful sprint car night.

crash a rama obviously will do ok, they do advertising for the show. how does anyone expect the track to do well when ozzy wont even make these things public? can he possibly believe that they will have a successful sprint car show or any show when no one even knows about it? anyone that isn't on karnac (most fans) wouldn't know anything. last official word from the track other than crash a rama was from Jimbo and was.....practice tomorrow, racing sat.

Orlando Speedworld circle track racers and fans. 2013 was certainly a learning experience for us. Being new to this type of racing, we weren’t sure what to expect. We can tell you, we have learned a lot. We tried some things that were different than what you've been used to. Everyone tried their best to make this year the best that they could and we have nothing but praise and our heartfelt thanks for everyone's efforts. That being said, 2014 is going to be a fresh start at the circle track. We are going back to basics for what it will be our first step to a great future of racing in Orlando. We are going back to a Friday night schedule. I plan on continuing to learn and grow as an owner to help provide a great facility and the best racing and entertainment for your dollar. I appreciate the loyalty of both our racers and fans at the circle track and I am going to strive to make 2014 a great year of racing for all of you. Unfortunately, we will be cancelling the remaining two races of this season, with the exception of the Crash-a-Rama on Nov. 29th and WING SPRINGS on Dec. 7th which will go on as scheduled. I want to thank everyone for their continued support and know that 2014 is looking bright for Orlando Speedworld circle track. Thanks again Ozzy
