Is it done? Of course not. Its not "done" until the bulldozers move in.

It is a fact that the future is uncertain and is very foggy. Although it remains the best racing surface in the state (IMHO), can't see a way out at the moment, so I'll wait for things to unfold. It is possible that it could be left to rot, but I don't believe that is in the plans. No one is in this crazy business to lose.

Jeez, now we'll have to start hearing that stupid rumor again, "dude, I heard it is going to be a Wal-Mart."
