I believe there were 21 Super Lates which ran the first practice session. The black #29 Keselowsi car with Austin Theriault had the fastest time in first session. Rogers #11 was 16th. Less cars came out for the second SLM session & for the life of me I can't remember who had quick time. (Want to say#51 Nasse but might be wrong ) Rogers was 10th in that session. Looked like 20-22 Pro Lates. Some other drivers in SLM ; #36- Tim Russell, #26 Travis Cope, #19 Kyle Moon, #20 Sergi, #59 Perkins, #64 Choquette, #07 Skofield, #129 Davis, #19 Black Jr,#5K Keene, #41 Caudill, plus some other great looking cars. Seemed to me as if there were more cars present than what practiced. Another photo finish on the Strictly Stock 25 lapper between #88 Shukwit and #10 Murphy but both were dq'd in inspection giving the win to #180 whom I believe was Zack Curtiss. 50 lap Super Stock was a runaway for the #20 Justin Reynolds. Great battle for second between the #43 Jernigan & the #23 Shannon Kelley. The 30 Lap Sportsman which included 3 Pro Trucks went to the #09 of (?) Marty Pierce. #111 Williams & #21 Reeves in the Pro Truck. Racing in all divisions was good with the closest battle in Strictly's which did not count. Mods only had a handful of cars at practice. Hoping for more cars showing up today....Yesterday was well worth the price of admission....

Thanks for the info Dave. Some of the Pro Lates at practice were; Brad May, Keene Jr, Cody Blair, Symons, Russell, Landers, David Wilson #81, #41 Brandon Johnson, Jared Allison, Cody Coughlin #1, #2 Tommy Styer, #22 Tyler Audie,#21 Larry Blount and several others whom I couldn't hear their names. Looks like the Gov Cup week-end is off to a good start. Tonight's Pro Late 100 should be a one heck of a show by itself. Throw in the E-Mods and Mini Stock classes and we should have a fine night of racing. . BTW, tickets on line are $5.00 cheaper than at the gate. I just got mine & the system was easy to use. Now I can buy an extra Hot Dog at the track!!!

N.S.S.1st. day.
Definitely worth the price, lots of cars, great racing and practice fields were good, I'm sure it will get better today. The Musco lighting is fantastic, I couldn't fine any dim spots on the track. I can't wait to see the TBARA Sprints when they come back. The Pro and Super L.M. cars looked to me to be real close to Show cars, and real fast too.

Thanks Frasson 118, Van Doorn was one of the names I was unsure about. Saw the #81 but couldn't be sure it was him. Also agree with Jack on the lights plus what a surprise when I looked at the grounds in the first turn area. NSS, congrats again on a job well done. I see improvements every time I attend an event at your track. Hope you have a very successful week-end.Let's go RACING !!!
