Unfortunately the new management doesn't seem to have their act together. November is two weeks away and no schedule. How are racers suppose to plan ahead. Just another reason car counts suck at OSW. I want the track to succeed, but I think a lot of people's patience is starting to wear.

Pete . Please give Jim a chance he has been working his tail off at the track and to get all info out to the people. You can pick the phone up and call the track for info or if you go to the races and go to pit office and ask him. There's a lot that could be done to better at the track and its getting a lot better since Jim took the job. So lets go support the track the best we can and please bring any issues up so they can put it on there list of improvements that could be fixed in the future .

Been waiting to see what is going on with the future scheduling as well... I'm sure they are very busy (and that is a good thing) but with the fast, free, & easy access to mass information exchanges such as Karnac and Facebook, there is really no excuse to not have the information posted as soon as it is known.

By getting the most up-to-date information out as quickly and efficiently as possible, all it is going to do is help the track.

We race there and have for several years and continue to do so this year. I do talk with Jimbo and offer input when at the track. I truly hope this track turns around soon. In this day and age getting a website up and running with rules, points, schedule would be one professional step in the right direction. It would also be nice if they could get their tire program better staffed and a part trailer on site. I guess one step at a time. I also recognize we all have our talents and gifts. Hopefully Ozzy will step up and give Jimbo the help where it is needed.

Yes you guys are right but the good news is osw is still open and we have a place to race my only issue is there is no way of knowing what the points are for the track this year speed net has some info on it but its not correct on a couple of dates placing drivers finishing spots wrong. I think this is the last race for points for this year from what Jim has said points ends on the 26th this month. Some of us don't race on the 26th but no one has said much about this so I guess it's a wait and see thing. They need the review and and make so they have the points right. Seeya at the races

well from what I was told there are no points this year for osw because it was closed and nothing was kept up with .

And I will say this everybody that complained and said that if osw ran on saturday night that more fans and racers would come out. well it's not happen it's the lowest I have seen it in years. from where I live I have the option of going to 3 tracks on saturday now thats close to my house osw should have stayed on friday night. Too many other tracks they have to compete with.

T Mack and mod8 jumbo told me that the 26th was the last day for points this year so I would be interested who told you guys that . And I would find it very hard to believe that the don't have all the results in those filing cabinets in the pit office. Just because they have changed management they still have the same owner all year. I paid 95 dollars for my NASCAR license and have run every race this year without missing any I pulled over there a few times for nothing we got rained out and had a great time doing so, but for them not to award year end points would not be fair to the ones that have gave some much time and money to the sport we love. I for one never had the fastest car but I was always there and I've got a second and some thirds this year and I for one would love to show my family a year end trophy or a track championship what ever it my be when we finish the points this year. And the sad thing with that is if its true it wouldn't even come out of ozzys's pocket it's NASCAR pays year end points fund right or is that something else that they are not going to do. I hope not because if it in fact is I for one will rethink my future racing at osw for sure. I hope Jim and ozzy reads this and responds so we can find out for sure.

it was said a few weeks ago when they got back to raceing in the drivers meeting somebody ask them and they said it was a wash this year except for maybe the nascar points. which I was told the nascar points they had to run atleast 14 races to get them when it first started and I called another driver that was there at the drivers meeting to confirm thats what he said heard as well .

Mod8 I have been to everyone this year and I guess I missed hearing that but I asked Jim and his words was the track championship points for this year was ending on the 26th the NASCAR points ended a few weeks ago look at NSS and see when they crowned there NASCAR champions thats what I was told. Well I will ask again to check and see what there position is on this matter at the track on sat. Night I will ask Jim to make a statement at the meeting on this issue to clear it up see at the track Also A little bird told me flying bye that we are going to have some big name drivers at speed world this sat night in the SLM class just saying. Everyone needs to show up there's a tie in points for the track championship between the 20 car and the 9 car so we will see if they blow them off on points also . I hope we have a big turn out this sat night don't miss its going to be a good race if they all show up !!!!!
