Is this a typo, or a joke?

I think its a typo. Who in their right mind would pay 200.00 to practice from 6-10. I think she meant 20.00.

You can ask Todd he should know.

        Price

When read correctly, the times appear to be from 9:00 AM till 10:00 PM, which is really a bargain (if you're there for at least 4 hours) considering the normal rate is $50.00 per hour per car, last I heard. Either way, it's too rich for my blood.

And after the racers have spent $200 with NO chance of making a dime back, then they can't afford to come out and actually RACE on Saturday.

Great idea to build up the pathetic car counts that track has had for years (which is NOT the Nerones fault).

Here's an idea, that I'm sure will NOT be tried since I'm the one suggesting it... how about some Friday night shows, using the dirt track rules and cars from the track up the street. Might pick up some cars and fans.

Competing AGAINST North Florida Speedway has not worked. Why not try something different? That area is starved for entertainment, and with 2 Saturday night tracks in town, race fans have to choose which one to support. If they didn't have to make that choice, both tracks would likely increase their car counts and fan attendance. It's so simple that it will never be attempted.

Jerry.. maybe the Nerone's are not the reason for low car counts but with the track record of the series and the previous tracks they ran... I'm sure they will run this one into the ground put the final nail in the coffin and blame drivers and fans alike for the reason why the track went under. Not to say the 200.00 fee for a low car count and people who have volunteers crews and a tight budget already is a prime example of picking the racers pockets.. Good Luck Don.

Many years ago I tried with a partner to buy that place from Bo Dick but it needed to be rebuilt and such. I understand the track is nice and the surface is better than back then. But $200.00 to go TEST on pavement is not a sound investment since the OTHER pavement tracks are down by Daytona.
The best they can do is run Friday and add DIRT then both tracks WIN and so do the fans.
