When there is a legitimate group, with solid financial backing to pull off something like this, THEN I will stop being skeptical. Until then, it's just a dream that we would all like to see come true. But honestly, have you ever heard of any branch of government turn their property over to someone else to re-open a racetrack?

I have heard this same thing so many times about so many things in racing and every time the "Theys" who never step forward and say who they are, are usually just blowing smoke for one reason or another.
