Up here in Québec, we have snowmobiles for a winter sport and a snowmobile season that is getting shorter and shorter due to climate changes. So the guys decided that since sometime we can race stock car on ice, maybe we can race snowmobile on...water.......why not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Check these out:

It started out by who can run the longuest on water, and they had a hard time making 100 feet. Now they drag race and oval race.

Too cold for the fans to show up.

They will during the winter for ice racing because, 1st, they will dress accordingly, 2nd- it has been months since they have seen racing, 3rd- the shows are shorter, and 4th-the gate prices is ridiculously low, like 5 to 7$, depending where, and 5th-they had a chance to refill their pocket with $, bcuz here, race events tickets range from $25 to $50.

I'm sure if somebody would work on a Fall Racing project long enough, it would probably work out.

It's all done here now, bside few Enduros here and there. Late September, October and November have some very nice days. But weather is very uncertain. But so are summers now too.

One more thing is the fact that asphalt racers have that new syndrome(or desease) that has developed in late '90s early 2000's. After they have race 10-12 times in a season, that's enough for them. That is why there is no more local racing here, series shows only except for one track in Montréal area. And all paved tracks run from 5 to 10 stock cars shows, that's about it.

Then they run Drift show, Country Music w/e, Music Bands Specials, and a lot of track rental where you can practice oval, drift, solo racing , or whatever you feel like. Also, that new fade that you go at the track and they rent you a Ferrari or Lambo for a few laps.
