I would think the 19 is one of the Pullens (Harry or Henry); the 32 is more than likely McGinnis; and the 02 is probably Jim Gray. Seeing that that's Tampa, Collier is probably right for the 9 car, and don't know who the 0jr might have been at that time.

The number 22 is Jerry Adema in roughly 1978-79 at Collier County Speedway or Desoto. He is still racing, but as an owner now.
