Jimmy Cope Racecars and Race Engines would like to congratulate the following drivers over this weekend:
Wayne Jefferson on his WIN in the Open Wheel Modified class at Citrus County Speedway.
Doug Miller on his 2nd place finish in the Open Wheel Modified class at Citrus County Speedway.
L.J. Grimm on his 3rd place finish in the Open Wheel Modified class at Citrus County Speedway.
Jake Perkins on qualifying 3rd for the 2nd Florida State Championship at Showtime Speedway.

All three of those mods were in their own zip code by the end of the race. They were all good on a long green flag run.

I was on the grandstand side. when rains came I headed to my truck. Next trip over when mods are there is will go pit side before the races start and stop by. I know a few guys that race there regularly I haven't seen in a awhile as well.
