That white & pink wall in the background doesn't ring ANY bells for me.

Something to consider..... Shane Rice ran the Hooters Series. Is it possible this is an out-of-state track???

Yep that pic is at little lakeland and Russ never raced there.

I sure miss that little flat !/4 mile, left front tire coming off the ground out of four. Jimmy Cope tearing his fenders and nose off his car. Good times

Lakeland David Rogers ran a yellow 49 6 cylinder. He was awesome.
