While I am happy for Newman the race itself was the usual snoozer. At least Nascar did put on one credible(make that incredible) race this week. I am looking forward to what Despain and company have to say on Wind Tunnel. Lets compare passes and closeness of competitors between Nascar and the Indy cars Its not hard to see who has the most competitive cars. And Nascar wonders why empty seats and declining viewers. Their current product sucks on most tracks other than Bristol Martinville and the restrictor plate races.

I completely agree, it's great for me because I have had a hard time sleeping. DVR the race and after about 15 minutes I am out like a light.
