The races should have been Red Flagged and loaded him up (Scofield) and escorted him off the track property. Ban him for the rest of the season with at least a $1000 fine. Then go back racing. Doing this under caution is not acceptable. Suppose Campi was getting ready to get out of his car and was unstrapped and took his helmet off.
Sunshine had a board mounted where the line up board was so everyone could see just for Fines and length of Suspension and the Guilty driver.

Just for the hell of it, I'll answer. You're not allowed guns at a professional sporting event. While some of the facilities may not be run professionally, I think their still considered professional.

Put a sign up as you enter the pit gate and sign in:

"Fight in my pits: $500.00 fine.

Fight on my frontstretch: We'll pay you $100.00."
