Don't recall 'sportsman' ever running 10"... We did run 8" slicks in FASCAR a few years ago and went back to the treaded(grooved) tire tho..

What if it is a 10 inch slick at another track? Can we run them?

Sportsman at Fascar ran LM takeoffs on 10" wheels for many years 15 or 20. it changed when I left.
The LM would sell there takeoffs to the sportsman for $100 a set and it helped the tire cost for both.. tires had to be 4/32 or less
A few took advantage of the rule and instead of stoping them they changed the rule..
