Rule clarification for Road Warrior at FTS

Any factory sway bar mounted in stock location on frame and may adjust bar
using all thread for end links or factory links.

FTS in an attempt to combine track rules we have made the decision above.
Also we have revoked the disqualifications from July 6th and will make
all parties involved aware of the situation and how it will be scored.
