FREE BUS TO RACE - Cindy Petty

I will be visiting the St. Pete area over the summer and VERY interested in this service. Please give more infor on where the bus loads in St. Pete area (times etc). Also how to sign up.
I have many friends in the St. Pete area and they said they never heard of such a thing (how did they miss it). How many times has a bus taken people from St. Pete to that Sarasota track. I just had family members drive down there about two weeks ago and they sure would have taken the bus for free had they known.
