Desoto Speedway Tire Mandate only a question

We are looking to putting a 2 tire rule in all classes per week,this schould keep costs down and put everyone on the same page with no advantage.

We can keep track of it by the bar codes on each tire,if caught with 4 new it will be a dq period. Supers and limited lates no tire rule.
