Not sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask this but does anybody have a idea what gear would be needed at VSP for a crate latemodel any help would be appreciated.

NEED TO BE BETWEEN A 545 AND 565.I'M RUNNING A 560 NOW AND TURNING AROUND 6900
