So I was reading thru some of the posts here at the cemetary and could not help but comment on Ovals reply to the Jessica Murphy and George Gorham incident.
You wrote that you contacted three attorneys and they gave you there advice. Im sorry did I miss something, were you hurt in this?
Dont be an idiot!!!!!!!! Racing is an emotional sport, things happen in the heat of the moment, I'm sure she regrets that she did what she did.
I am a little surprised that George didnt have a neck brace on in the photo of the white roll bar though.
So Oval take your attorneys and go spill some hot McDonalds coffee on your lap and let them suck the blood out of a major corporation like they are drooling to do and let the racers sort things out.

if you happen to know three people who are attorneys or practice the law ( and him being a business owner that would not surprise me at all ) once in a while putting a question to them like "given these circumstances, what do you think would happen in a courtroom" is not unreasonable. it's like saying i'm not allowed to ask my neighbor the septic tank guy if he thinks there might be damage in my drain field. big whoop.

the comments about suing her pants off are over the top but hey, not everybody can be well balanced and moderate in their opinions like me.

Is this a new name for an old poster?
It sure appears someone is trying to start a new thread regarding this old worn out subject that never got an answer to start with.
Its hard to believe a "NEW" poster would mention this place being a grave yard along his/her issue with the lawyers etc.
For your #1 post, you sure got my attention.

Someone as Well balanced as yourself would surelly agree that if you want the local short tracks to turn into a "cemetary or parking lot" then invite attorney's to get into the middle of a racing incident. Especially when you consider how much money the drivers are getting for winning not to mention if you finish out of the top 3. Just the thought of it makes me get chills.

Ok Ok...

Enough all of this lawyer talk is making me sick.. Reminding me of my divorce and everything that I DON'T have anymore... Urghhhhhhhhhhh!!

Hopefully all should also remember Ambulance chasers... Arghhhhhh.. About the same level as divorce attorneys...
