ATTENTION DIRT OVAL STOCK CAR RACERS AND FANS...... PLEASE READ AND SHARE!!!!
We have some good news and some bad news. OVAL TRACK CLOSING UNTIL 4/6/13.
We have been working hard to bring a good racing surface to the track for the racers to race on, which will in turn put on a good show for the fans. Unfortunately, the modifications that we made to the track prior to our last race did not work out like we had hoped. We have made the decision to dig out the existing track in order to lay down new material that should make for a much better racing surface. This will take a little time so we will unfortunately have to postpone the 3/16/13 event in order to complete the work that needs to be done. We are sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause anyone. We hope that everyone will bear with us while we make these improvements in attempts to make the events better for everyone.
Racing will resume on Saturday 4/6/13. We will begin our points season at this time as well. Thank you all for your patience and we look forward to seeing you out at the track.
Jeff, Sean and myself were going to race there no matter what BUT this is a big step forward !!!! GREAT DECISION
