  • Attention all Open wheel Modifieds "Six Pack State Champoinship"

It will race once a month at CCMP. 50 laps $50.00 entry $1000.00 to win. Best six out of seven races. We are working on a harder tire to spec. This will hopefully cut the cost and level the playing field from under the hood (Power). Keep checking for updates.
    Thanks for supporting your Sport.
With out you we can not survive.

Here this should be all the driver feedback you need. It was made clear as a bell to me what the drivers want. Also get in touch with Auburndale, and Citrus, and get them involved and on the same page and the modifieds will be back! Your three short tracks could really bring the cars out if you all actually worked together.

Deman51 put the right post up. I have talked to a lot drivers and took the time to research other tracks and different series to find out what they are doing to get good car counts. Guess what they didn't go to create motors or any motor rules they just stuck the mods on treaded tires and presto the car count picked up. Just so you have some info USA modified series adverages 27 cars per race and most of the others I checked is about the same. the common factor between all these is treaded tires like the trucks run. No motor rules and no 7 pds per cubic rule. Also most of these series are paying between 175 and 250 to start and 50 dollar entry fee.
