My friend has a half-brother who is 16 that races somewhere in Florida. His name is Travis David Hogan but he doesn't go by Hogan anymore. Does anyone know him? Please email me if you do.

If you know a name and a state, you're halfway there.

Go to www.zabasearch.com and enter his name and state.....the search engine will give you all recorded database, public domain records.
