IN the early '90s i use to go there a lot and Shelnut was the King of the Hill then. Seems not much has change since.

He drove the famous 00 for Jimmy Harris. And also he and his dads 7 .Those were the days for sure. There would be 40-50 latemodels show up back then. Times have changed for sure.

Its not very often when Jimmy Harris doesn't show up for a Late Model show.He was even there to see the Open Wheels week before last. He is getting older but he looks good.

Dickie Anderson ran the 00 quite a bit back in the day. I think Bigley may have driven it some too.

I know Junior Purcell, Dickie Anderson,Darly Shellnut...then Bigley and a guy from up north Roger Black only drove a hand full of races. I know one thing when the 00 showed up it was definitely up front.

Everyone talking about Shelnuts 4 in a row, I was wondering if anybody knows what Wayne Anderson was talking about when after a race he was second on track but said he was top of the class and as long as Shelnut was allowed to run what he brung he would be unbeatable. I have owned late models, obviously Shelnut must be cheating some how. We went to the govenors cup race and the top 10 cars within 2 tenths a second, Shelnut one night was almost 4 tenths faster than second fastest qualifier. Just wondering if anybody knows what he has cheated up?? Wayne knows but I guess the tech guys don't know or care.

                          Dude and Elmer

What Wayne was refering to, I think, was the fact that Daryl has a crate and he, Wayne, has a super motor. Wayne doesn't think a super motor can hook up on PG's surface.

Unless you have Patrick Laperle right foot.

Thats what I gathered Andre. I guess he thinks it has too much power and he has to feather it. I have shot 3 interviews with Wayne where he said that and in what he said after I gathered that was what he was refering to. next week I'll get one of his interviews and put it on
you tube and ya'll can decide. Remind me about it cause I have CRS. Can't remember stuff!
