Due to conflict, with Citrus, Pro Figure 8's will not run at Charity event !

Due to being scheduled at Citrus, and due to it being a 50 lapper and better purse. I am canceling the figure 8 cars from our program Saturday at Charity 200 Race Weekend. I apologize for any issues this causes, but there are only an average of around 12-14 showing up at these races, no sense in splitting that up. I hope we can schedule it next year at a time when others tracks will not be running or scheduling on the same date. Thanks

As of 5:00 PM yesterday, A-Dale was still announcing that the Fig-8's would be there next week. This should have come out 24 hours earlier instead of fans not getting what they were told they WOULD be getting.

Frass so we are clear !

A-Dale is announcing nothing......... the production is the radio spot we had running and it is too late to change production. Amy has been buried doing the program for the Charity race, I just announced it today and will get the website changed. I have been working to let people know best I can. Critter and I tried to see the best deal over the weekend. And I made my decision today. This is not on A-dale it is my deal, my show don't blame them. I am going as fast I can, if you would like to volunteer to make it all happen please let me know.

Rick... I was at the track, and YES they were announcing the Fig-8's would be there this weekend. I totally understand the radio production thing. Maybe a simple act of good faith towards the fans, post the cancellation notice out by the ticket window before they get in. They don't want to find out at the end of the show that they won't be seeing the Fig-8's.

You probably won't lose a single fan, but if they find out late, you might have a bunch of pissed off fans. It would take 2 minutes to resolve it in advance.
