Hendry County ???

I finally made it down to Hendry County this past Saturday. That is a pretty neat little track.

My question since it was my first time down there is this. Why don't the south Florida race fans support this little track? And a follow up would be where are the south Florida dirt racers?

It wasn't hard to figure out why they don't run sprints there monthly. The stands were less than packed.

Not trying to start anything. Just wondering why a neat little facility doesn't have better support. I definately enjoyed it there and will be going back!

Location, Location, Location......Last time i worked in the Clewiston area i kept a tetnus shot in one pocket and a pistol in the other.

It was the only track I ever worked at covered with a mosquito net...

Yeah, I could have used some bug spray...Note has been made for next time.

The bugs really haven’t been too bad since they brought in Thundercross lights. The lights are doubled in height. This puts the bug at a higher level the the fans and racers....lol
The main problem is they need better promotion and more organized staff on hand to run the track. Right now it’s racing but… it’s like racing in the weeds or on a farm.
