    Did I read correctly that he wheeled a late model last nite at citrus?

        A totally BS call.. The call shouldve been for both to go the rear. And then to penalize the 10 two spots for a jumped restart looked really bad. The race director lost my respect last night. No consistency and selective calls....

            I didn't understand that call either between Winchell and Dutilly. Made no sense at all.

            Also, what is the ruling on how many times Jonathan Guy is allowed to cause a caution, go to the pits, and the officials hold the race up waiting for him to get back on track? It happened at least twice last night.

              Winchell tapped his roof and took blame for the caution, that's why Dutilly got his spot back, otherwise they both would have gone to the rear. Get the whole story fella's before you jump to conclusions...the call on the 10 was correct, and I couldn't comment on the other situation, really didn't pay attention to how many times it happened. I do know he wasn't the only car that they waited for to change a flat tire though.

                Did the announcer explain why the cars got placed in their respective positions? I wasn't there so I don't know. However, I've been to quite a few shows where a call is made that seems to make no sense and there is never an explanation. I like the deal where a driver taps his roof to take responsibility. It shows some good sportsmanship and prevents hard feelings. But the fans need to be informed.
                Waiting for guys to change tires has gotten out of hand. I think it's worse on dirt. A guy gets a flat and stops on the track. The track throws a yellow and then gives the car 3 or more laps to change the tire. And then there is another flat on the restart and it repeats itself. It really slows a show down. There are a few tracks that will not allow the guy back onto the track if they stop on the track to bring out a caution. I'm beginning to think it's a good idea. At least until it bites the guy I'm rooting for. LOL

                  Eastbay is getting bad at this. Also theres a lot of spins from last place cars that could keep going but they sit there and bring out the caution. The moment the yellow comes out they drive away. Id park them in the infield

                    Yeah, I know what you mean. I use to think the same thing and it does happen. However, after being in the infield a lot I've had the opportunity to hear many cars with a stalled engine, and the driver is cranking the car over. Inevitably, they start just as the caution is thrown. LOL

                      Add parking it in the turns to your list. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree is all I can say.

Tell me how did it compare to the mods......One of my dreams is to wheel a full blown late model......congrats LJ

                            Was just gonna ask which car he was in. Couldn't hear the line-up over the speakers, and never knew who was driving a handful of those cars.

                            Just to clarify, I'm assuming it was the #123 team car...?
