Hey Boneman congrats on a great night with TBARA tonight at Citrus. Nice run in your heat with a fourth and a super run in the 30 lapper with a 7th place finish. Some pretty tough competition there tonight. Dave Steele started first and that's where he finished. Dude Teate started second and finished second. Kempgems started 12th and finished third. Great race. Modified 75 lapper a fantastic show with L J Grimm winner. 23 TBARA Sprints. 25 Modifieds. Once again congrats on your top ten finish Rex, my wife and I were cheering for you from the fan side.

Man, I was busy. Still being sort of new to the whole sprint car thing, I was pleased to end up where I did. That was my second sprint race at Citrus, and first one with a wing. (Do I have to count my two lap disaster last May with a new car and an oil leak?)
It was so cool that our club showed up with 23 cars! I think only two were towed off with damage: #2 doesn't look bad at all, although the #7 that went flying is a mangled mess. That means we should have a strong turn-out at Punta Gorda this weekend.
The modified race must have been excellent. I only saw the first 30 laps, but it was so competitive and already had several different leaders. Citrus is an heck of a fine track! Hopefully they will have TBARA back a bunch of times in 2013.
Mr. Denman, I'm taking a car to Orlando on 11-2. Please come by and say "hi".
Congrats to Ocala Jim, who stopped by to visit, yet somehow avoided another night of car pushing duty! Good to see you two, hope you had a good night.Last edited by Boneman; 10-21-2012, 08:32 AM.
