What class of racers, when offered the opportunity to race, will respond with the most complaints and then "make statements" by staying away?

Complaining or Helping ?

Much like the rules we race under , there are gray areas.
What the promoter hears ...
And what the participant means to say ..
Can often be two completely different things .
And like the rules we do as much as we can possibly get away with.
If you participate in a class (and you DON"T complain ) then you are
at the mercy of the COMPLAINERS and you must race under the conditions that they created with their complaining.
EXAMPLE :

What the contestant said " Man those burritos we had on the way here were good ".

What the promoter hears " I'm never coming back if they don't put toilet paper in the pit bathroom ".
