    Choquette goes Nascar....

    Jeff Choquette is entered in the Truck series race in Iowa with the same Adrian Carriers team he has been running Late Models with. Just read a great promo that explains how they are a family owned, full-time job kind of team that just loves to race. Cale Gale is the one who suggested him for the seat of their team, and Jeff brought immediate success to their team.

    And what a gene-pool they are pulling from too.... Crew Chief Nick Carlson is the son of standout short tracker supreme, Steve Carlson, and his wife (also with the team), is the daughter of the late Joe Shear.

    I've been a LONG time fan of Jeff, Joe, and Steve... Have to pull for this team folks, if you know your Midwest/Florida bad asses....!!!!

              Jeff turned in the 5th quickest practice lap out of 38 Trucks. He was also interviewed on live TV. Central Fla Late Models got a plug too.

                Choquette rolls off 17th tonight. Other Florida racers in the field:

                Joey Coulter - 12th
                Ross Chastain - 20th
                Bryan Silas - 28th
                and Chris Fontaine - 32nd

                  11th place, lead lap finish, with all the fenders still on it. Great effort for a first-time run in this series.
