Drug and alcohol testing?

Does anyone think local tracks should test drivers for drug and alcohol use? In the upper classes or all the classes? And would it even be possible....

I rember the ins co wanting to make it mandatory for a driver to have a valid driver lisense..
The first night a citrus co speedway less than half had one.
Had a new rule next week
I think drug testing would be worse..

But why not??

Testing

Don't see this ever happening. You would have to have random testing starting at the beginning of a season and then throughout the season. Most tracks could not deal with the cost of having a reputable lab perform the test.
