What do mean? They are NOT racing?

Communication is really important right now and your sentence does not make sense.

Maybe that is one of the reasons that we, the drivers, do not really know what to expect.

I'm trying to get my sons (one in UCF and one a senior) into racing and my oldest sent me a link to your post. He
wondered what you were saying and why your english was so bad.

What should I tell him?

Tell him that not all racers have the benefit of a good education like him. Or they didn't listen in high school or played "hooky" and worked on their cars instead of attending class. Also, if he's gonna be a "roundy rounder", he needs to learn to talk RIGHT! When he learns to talk right, he'll be able to decipher most of the posts on this board.
Maybe y'all should consider road racing.
