OCALA Last Night

Great racing - loved the show, loved the food, loved the people... man, I just loved it all. Angie and Mike have their act together (great staff too). (Hey, who's that old guy in the Official's shirt?)

Saw Ms Cranky (still a hottie like always), met her sister (another hottie). Cranky appeared real bubbly and full of life, just working too hard.

Met two people (KARNACIANS)... WINGER - Good Guy... knows his stuff. Also met OLD STYLE RACER 2 - also Good Guy (knows his stuff as well)..

HEY, since I have been dubbed "ONE OF THE CHOSEN FEW" by one who knows everything, can I accept WINGER and OLD STYLE RACER 2's application to be included as two more of "THE CHOSEN FEW" ? I think they would be an ass-set to such a select group of fine people.

It was worth the trip from Tampa to see OCALA on the dirt.

It's really great to put faces to screen names. OSF is a great guy that's lots of fun to talk to. Obviously he knows a lot of people. He introduced me to a few, including Ms. Cranky and Rich Pratt.

Hey, I don't remember filling out an application to be one of the chosen few. But I have done the first part of being an ass-set according to some.

Ocala really has it's act together. I was a little disappointed seeing a rather small field of late models but the racing was good. Also a disappointment seeing Wayne Anderson going home early. I did get a bunch of pictures of him during practice though. The whole staff at Ocala makes you feel welcome and they all do a great job. The infield crew is awesome, lining cars up and taking care of situations immediately. Look forward to going back.
