Just read the site for OSW and was very happy to see they have posted five nights where admission will be $5.00,the first one being May 4th, Now if they can get the word out about these nights they should have a decent crowd. Also noticed the drivers point standings section for the the first time. Don't know whether the point section has been added or not but this is my first time seeing the section. Makes for a great copy to bring to the track so you know the drivers names when you can't hear the PA. Thanks OSW.

Hey, that is cool. Now the track needs to deliver a $15 show! Don't give them a $5 show, but instead try to win them over to our sport with an excellent night of action.

Sounds like a great idea, but I think you're putting the cart before the horse. If you pack the stands with the $5 admission and only have a handful of cars and a boring show, you're not going to get those fans back. Word of mouth will spread among them and their friends, and you lose more potential customers. I hope you have a great car count and fantastic show. If so, it will be a huge success. If not, you lose.My photo site: http://www.rewingphotos.com

But maybe they can have some things to lighten up the night, fireworks B4 main event, a real DJ for music, a 2012 music choice, couple stunts with cars & motorcycles. Those you pay for, so you're sure they'll be there and make the night more entertaining. Invite couple of Drift kids to come show off their talent. Get a handfull of drag guys and make a burn out contest.
Anything with noise, smoke, action, keep the fans pump up, get them into the showAndré Fortin

So true, as Boneman & many others commented, the show is what counts next. At first looking at the lineup for 5/4 I see Mods,Sportsman,Super & Strictly Stocks as well as Legends and Bandoleros. Very weak look to the program although I know in the past the Supers and Strictlys have supported the track nicely. Orlando fans have always enjoyed this type of racing. Now if a dozen mods could show and a decent Sportsman count, things would start to look better. I remember when they did this at NSS they also added on Spectator Races which were a fan favorite. Why the legends and bando counts are so slow is beyond me.Just keeping my fingers crossed that the good news keeps flowiing from the track. Hey where else can a person go for 5 bucks. Like that old Pizza commercial, 5 bucks,5 bucks, 5 bucks.

Mods,Sportsman,Super & Strictly Stocks as well as Legends and Bandoleros Agreed, this is potentially a very weak program. There is likely to be several races with 2 or 3 cars...tops! I hope they can add some spice and do it soon.
