Been thinking about this since yesterday and wanted to share with you folks. I know there will be people out there that will turn this around or bash but I really dont care. I been working night shift and was sitting at a friends just after work. The races at citrus had just been called. So sitting there thinking about going to sleep or doing something. I decided to call Tony C. and get Yoho's number to see if I could rent the tracksome time next week since I heard on here he was doing so. Tony said he was out at the speedway working and come on out and talk with Yoho. When I arrived T.C. was tearing all the trees out that had grown in the on ramp ( been so long Trees were growing there ). I finally spoke to Yoho and a long story short we decided to practice that day before the rains came. so hauled butt got the trailor ,the car was already loaded and race ready......for citrus. It was an amazing feeling pulling out on the track. I was never a veteran of Sunshine but did cut my teeth on her and raced the last three races before she closed. The track was dusty and GREEN is an understatement but really didnt care. I wasnt going out to get an edge on future competition but simply fill my racing hunger and have the oppurtunity to say I was one of the first cars back on the old girl. The track.......is overall quite smooth. It still has the white lines painted by the state. First trip out I took it very easy and did I mention it was GREEN. Wow was it slippery. Never the less it was completely awesome. Coming out of turn two how the straight away widens and gives you a ton of room to go to the wall and then going into the tight turn three. Then there was the good old exit of turn 4 where the wall seems to come out after you. Anyways after pounding about 100 laps all together on my treaded tires and eating a used set alive you can once again see the groove with all the rubber I layed down. It was just a golden oppurtunity that fell in my lap on a rained out race day. Thank You Robert Yoho and T.C. for making it possible. I can tell you all that he is working on everything out there and would of liked to tell them about communicating with everyone but just didnt have the time and was busy keeping my mod under me. The track is truly on its way back...........D Miller
