How to find news about Showtime Speedway?

So far, I grade them a "D" communication skills. Even if their website have said, will be announced on the opening "soon after," Dragstrip open at the bottom of the page to a small rolling outside of the information...... What about the date of the solid. Still no mention they will run what kind, not to mention those kind of any rules

I have heard it a thousand times, only so many hours in a day, rules for supers, mod mini, modified, are out rules for street stock, boomers ?, and 4 cyc boomers for kids are real close. Pro 8 are also out. If I was to set and write rules all day I would get nothing done, If I have said it once I have said it a million times, if you build close to CItrus, or DEsoto rules you will be really close, AND REMEBER no rear leaf spring street stocks, no camaro. Now off to work the track.

Not sure what to take of this.... if "the rules are out", where the hell are they? Not on their web-site.

I guess they just don't understand that *not everyone uses FaceBook*. People *will* look at a Web site, though. But, they can't understand that, apparently.

I'm not denying that a lot of work has been done, and plenty more to go. I just think that, if it were my place, I'd be throwing information out to potential customers (racers and fans), rather than making us search it out.

Someone needs to drive it into their heads that Facebook, as your only communication, is not and WILL NOT work.

I REALLY want to be there on opening night.... will spend the whole day there if need be to get in.... but they've gotta let us know what's going on.

letting the driver vote for what they want for rules is not going to work......i personally would copy the citrus rule book, they have the most cars in the state....just my two cents.....

The Mod Rules

Are a copy of the citrus rule book........The racers didnt vote on the rules we voted on the tires. I agree with everyone that they should appoint a ( mouthpiece) for the track. Start getting the word out 1. pictures of progress 2. proposed classes 3. schedule 4. type of tires 5. Someone to field questions It just makes sence to me to start promoting everything and everywere. They have a golden oppurtunity and I for one do not want to see them fail. There is also alot of us out here that would be willing to help out at the track. I personally know that Tony Carreno has dedicated a full weekend and his equipment. Thanks Tony. Lets hear from the racers with small buisnesses that would be willing to give some services to the benefit of the track. I personally have a weedeater and would be glad to spend a few days simply cleaning up. I also know a local roofer who would help with repairs . Spread the word lets make Yoho listen and maybe he will start communicating more. Lets Start the posts..............I was Told that Gary Laplant was his guy on Karnac ?
