As per the previous post we will pay $350 to the winner for 15 or more cars. The Punta Gorda Speedway pays nice thru the field, some of the best in the state. Thanks

In other words, no, you can't get a complete payout. They will make it up on the spot depending on car count.

Frasson, do you have a Legends car or Bandolero? If you do, plan to win and take the top money. If you don't have one, well, not your class, not your problem. The guys running these classes don't need you to be their advocate.

It has nothing to do with what class or what track. Promoters like to tie the purse into what it will be IF there are X amount of cars, and usually only what the winner gets. It's only fair that racers know what to expect for a return when they run a particular race.

When asked what the full payout would be, the answer was "we pay nicely through the field". I did NOT see a dollar amount in that answer...

Ask the guys who ran at Bronson a few weeks ago how they felt at the pay window that night, how they felt about getting nowhere near the amounts they were TOLD they were gonna get paid.

The purse, through the field, should be known by the competitors, and paid that amount by the track. Anything other than that is deceptive, if not outright cheating someone out of the money they thought they were racing for.

Sunshine Speedway used to post there pay out for every race for every class on there website. They were the only track I have ever noticed that did that. Just another reason they had an abundance of cars in every class they had.
On PGS behalf there pay out has been very very good in all the classes we have ever raced there.
