It would work if they put dirt on the roads leading to the track. That might eliminate the traffic problem which would allow racers and fans easier and less hectic access to the track on a Friday. JMO The traffic is the primary reason I haven't gone there more.

They are about 2 hours apart, and not even on the same night.... what has BRP got anything to do with it?

Staying asphalt sure hasn't been working out.......!

well from what I hear BRP has better payout. so I guess Dirt would be great! if you have the money to compete with them .

OSW runs on Friday nights.... BRP runs on Saturdays. I have no clue as to where you are thinking that they would be in competition.

Besides, unless someone else buys Speedworld, it won't ever go dirt... as much as it makes sense (to me anyways...).

Here's an idea... Let's pool our millions ($$$) and buy the place from RH... Then contract a company to come in and put up a retractable stadium roof over the place... maybe even enclose the whole property and add climate control too... Race year-round rain or shine, hot or cold... The only time a cancellation would be necessary is if it's too dangerous for fans to come (impending hurricane or tropical storm)... I'll start it off with my $56.87... Somebody give Robert a call!!!
