    I don't f...ing think so.
I was at Lowe's store yesterday and while I was checking out, the store manger and a few others was standing close...he was wearing a 48 cap so I asked..."how does it feel to sponsor a cheater?" he kinda smirked and said "ole 5 time"....my reply was, "no it's ole 9 time, that's how many times he has been caught cheating, so your the manage and one of your employees gets caught cheating, how many times can they do that till you fire them?"....he turned around and left

Oooh come on now, how many times have you cheated and not been caught? Or maybe pushed a gray area, or let something slip....I don't know anyone in racing who hasn't done it a few times. I'd rather see guys like Knaus pushing the envelope of the tiny box nascar has wedged them into. He got caught before the car ever hit the track, so whats the problem?

I believe nascar has the idea that if you come to the track and unload a car, it has to be completely legal right then.

Who calls it cheating, when trying to make it go faster.

Who would ever go to tech with a gray area innovation and ask if it is legal? Who has ever done that one? Now, if you devised a way to increase left side percentage and were able to change it back after the race? That is flat out cheating.

It seems to me, some competitor realized what they were doing and alerted the inspectors. Could have been a disgruntled ex/employee?

The Hendrick people are claiming that the car was never even put into the template, it was totally a visual decision. How the heck can you know what to build when you're told to build to fit a template, then get in trouble without a template even being used? I'm not 48 fan, but I appreciate the innovation they try for!
