Open Wheel Modified at Punta Gorda This Saturday Night

This Saturday night the Open Wheel Modifieds are back at Punta Gorda Speedway, along with the Modifieds the Street Stock, Road Warriors, Dwarf Cars, Perfect Pest Control Pro 4, and the Cowboy Cadillac. Pit gate opens at Noon. Grandstands open at 4PM with Racing around 6PM. Tickets are still $10.00 for adults, $8.00 seniors with 12 and under free. The majority of the Modified drivers that run at our track wanted to go back to 8" treaded tire to make it more cost effective for the racer. So we have changed back to the same 8" treaded Goodyear tire that the Sportsman run and the Modifieds ran in 2010. We hope this will help more teams financially to be able to participate.
