"4 cylinder beasts?" Is that the new name of a class? I hope so, its a big improvement over something boring like "4 cylinder stocks".

Hoping you guys have a great racing season at PGS!

Ha! That was just my adjective Rex. They are Pro 4's They have dropped the Fab 4's this year. That was an entry level class but they were mostly the same cars with a diferent drivers. Thanks, we are looking for a good year at PG. You all at OSW have a good year too. We are closed during the rainy season this year so we'll see how that goes. I have heard a lot of promotors over the years talk about it but I don't remember any actually doing it where I was. Its Gutsey to say the least... I am gald you guys had fun at the Lil 500. I wish I could have gone but I just didn't have the funds.... Bob...

Leroy closed Punta Gorda for 6 weeks one summer I think it was 2003 right

after he took back over and redid the infield repaved the track and all.
Not sure how it worked as we only ran 2 superlate shows that year on thursday nights there.
          The money comes and goes.
The trophy we get to keep.

Eastbay has been for the most part closing during the summer for a few years now. As a racer we like it cause it gives you a chance to fix the car, recharge the batteries, and actually spend a summer vacation with the family without worrying about it costing you points if you are running for them.
