Does this include the Drag Strip and it's property? If not, I doubt it's worth even close to that.

In fact, isn't that roughly DOUBLE of what USA Speedway in Lakeland was sold for with a hell of a lot more land and better logistics?

I'm pretty sure this is even higher than what was paid for Rockingham in North Carloina.... MUCH higher.

From what I recall the Drag Strip is seperate. Owned by someone else.

It does sound a little high at $2.9 when you concider that a guy that I know here in Jupiter, Joe Lobeck, bought Memphis Motorsports Park which had like 340 acres, a drag strip, a road coarse, a beautiful 3/4 mile asphalt oval with all of the amenities for all three tracks in great shape. He told me he paid right at $2m after commissions.
